What are pack rats and why are they a problem?
Pack rats, also known as woodrats, are native to the Sonoran Desert and are one of the most common rodent problems in the greater Tucson area. They are industrious nesters, building large mounds of sticks, cactus and debris that they use as shelter and food storage.
