Our most popular service. Pest control done on a routine basis to ensure year round protection. Most homes are managed on a quarterly basis, although we offer monthly and every other month options. We start most homes for just $1, and maintain our quarterly contracts for $45 per month.
Occasionally, customers call us to help them with something quite serious right out of the gate, that may take a little extra elbow grease to fix. When we can, we try to keep our startup at $1, but we do need to charge a bit more from time to time. You will ALWAYS receive a clear quote BEFORE any services are started at your home.
