WDIIR stands for Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report. These are also called WIRs (Wood Inspection Report) and WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) reports.
In Arizona, these reports are most often issued for the sale or refinance of a property, although they can be requested at any time. We complete our typical WDIIR for $49, which includes necessary follow up inspections. This price does not include treatment. If this report is needed for a commercial building or multifamily housing, expect to pay a bit more.
FOR REALTORS: Special consideration can be made for completing WDIIRs routinely for a specific agent or brokerage. Please reach out to us to establish a relationship. We can typically issue WDIIRs the same day as the inspection.
