We treat subterranean termites by establishing a chemical foundation barrier along critical entry points of your home, designed to control entry for years. This method is tried and true, and has been proven to be the most effective when it comes to controlling subterranean termites for a slew of reasons.
Treatment varies greatly depending on the construction style of your home, and specific pricing can’t be given until an inspection is completed. However, the typical metric used to determine the price of a treatment is lineal footage, for which we charge $4/lnft (this is not square footage).
Once we complete a full home treatment, we will issue a warranty that can be renewed annually, which includes an inspection every year and covers treatment costs if needed.
