What are termites and why do they matter?
Termites are wood-destroying insects that feed on cellulose found in wood, paper and other organic materials. In Southern Arizona, subterranean termites are the most common species and are responsible for billions of dollars in structural damage across the country every year.

Common signs of termite activity
Mud tubes on walls or foundation
Subterranean termites build pencil-sized mud tubes along walls, foundations and crawl spaces to travel between their colony and food source.
Hollow or damaged wood
Wood that sounds hollow when tapped, or wood that appears blistered or darkened, may indicate termite activity beneath the surface.
Discarded wings near doors or windows
Swarmers shed their wings after finding a new colony location. Finding small piles of wings inside your home is a strong indicator of termite activity.
Frass or termite droppings
Small piles of what looks like sawdust or coffee grounds near wood surfaces can be termite droppings, known as frass.

Why we use non-repellant termiticide
Most people assume pest control kills on contact. Our termiticide is designed differently. It works slowly by design, taking many hours or even more than a day to affect an individual termite. This delay is intentional. Termites that contact the treated zone carry the material back to the colony, spreading it to other termites before they realize anything is wrong. The result is a much more thorough elimination of the entire colony, not just the termites you can see.
Perimeter trenching
A trench is dug around the full foundation of your home and treated with termiticide, creating a continuous chemical barrier in the soil.
Concrete drilling
Where concrete slabs prevent trenching, we drill down or at an angle through the slab to treat the soil underneath, ensuring complete coverage with no gaps in the barrier.
Plumbing access points
Plumbing penetrations through the slab are treated to eliminate common entry points termites use to access the structure.
Direct wood treatments
Exposed wood members and any areas showing active termite activity are treated directly to address existing infestations within the structure.
Crawl space treatment
Crawl spaces are inspected and treated thoroughly, as they are a common area for subterranean termite activity to go undetected.
